从反思层次出发的叙事性产品设计

摘要 从情感化设计的反思层次视野出发,探究产品扮演的更多角色,以及在本能层次,行为层次和反思层次更多方向的刺激的可能,进而实现从更多途径引发反思的叙事设计。根据桌面调研和用户访谈明确目标,结合叙事设计的符号元素,生成通过引发负面情绪激发使用者的反思与思考的产品。通过在交互过程中负面情绪的传递,引发使用者对于自己与自身的和与社会的关系的思考,完善难以自处的人群的自我意识。通过给予使用者适度负面刺激,引导人们认识到产品设计在生活中扮演更多角色的可能性,进而引发人们对于自我的多元化的注视与反思。 Exploring more roles played by products and the possibility of stimulation in more directions at the instinct level,and then realizing the narrative design that triggers reflection in more ways.Based on desktop research and user interviews,the objectives are clearly defined,combined with the symbolic elements of narrative design,to generate products that stimulate users'reflection and thinking by triggering negative emotions.Through the transmission of negative emotions in the process of interaction,users are triggered to think more deeply about their relationship with themselves and with the society,and people who are difficult to handle themselves are helped update or improve the self-awareness.By giving users moderate negative stimuli,it leads people to realize the possibility of product design playing more roles in life,and then triggers people's attention and reflection on the diversity of self.
