摘要
物联网的蓬勃发展为生产制造带来了新的方法。与此同时,全球化市场竞争日益激烈,用户需求个性化与多样化的特征越来越显著,产品形式也更趋于柔性化与多样化。为了更好地把握用户的个性化需求,建立物联网背景下用户个性化设计方法,本文首先阐述了物联网背景下的个性化设计理念与特点,然后提出了相应的设计流程与方法:通过大数据获取用户在线评论数据,并基于KANO模型得出用户个性化需求,从而建立个性化设计平台。本文以智能消毒机为例,验证了基于物联网平台的个性化设计方法具有可行性和可适用行,为品牌方对产品个性化设计生产提供了有效的理论方法。
The vigorous development of IoT technolog y has brought new methods to manufacturing.At the same time,the competition in the global market is becoming more and more intense,the characteristics of personalization and diversification of user needs are becoming more and more apparent,and the product forms are also becoming more flexible and diversified.In order to better grasp the personalized needs of users and establish a user personalized design method in the context of the Internet of Things,this paper first discusses the concepts and characteristics of personalized design in the context of the Internet of Things,and then proposes the corresponding design processes and methods:obtaining user online comment data through big data,analyzing personalized needs based on the KANO model,and establishing a personalized design platform.Finally,the paper takes the personalized intelligent household disinfection cabinet as an example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the personalized design method based on the Internet of Things platform,thereby providing an effective theoretical approach for the brand merchants to design and produce the personalized products.
