Evaluation and Analysis of Urban-Rural Public Service Integration Level Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

公共服务关乎民生、连接民心,是民生福祉的直接体现。公共服务融合是城乡融合发展的重要内容,而目前我国城乡公共服务的巨大差异已经成为我国城乡融合发展的阻碍。为进一步明确我国当前城乡公共服务融合水平,通过构建城乡公共服务融合发展指标体系,基于熵权法测度了全国城乡公共服务融合发展水平和各个维度的发展差异。研究表明:2010—2020年间,我国城乡公共服务融合程度以2014年为拐点,呈现先降后升的趋势,其中城乡基础设施融合发展水平上升最快,城乡教育融合发展水平上升最慢;各省份城乡公共服务融合发展水平空间差异较大,上海最高,山西最低;各地区城乡融合发展水平与城镇化水平存在不同程度的不一致性。

Public services relate to people’s livelihood,connect people’s hearts and minds,and directly reflect people’s well-being.The integration of public services is an important part of the development of urban-rural integration.At present,the huge difference between urban and rural public services in China has become an obstacle to the development of urban-rural integration.In order to further clarify the current level of urban-rural public service integration in China,this paper measured the development level of urban-rural public service integration in China and the development difference of each dimension based on the entropy weight method by constructing the indicator system of urban-rural public service integration development.The research shows that from 2010 to 2020,2014 marked as the inflection point as to the degree of integration of urban and rural public services in China,showing a trend of first decline and then rise,in which the level of integrated development of urban and rural infrastructure rose the fastest,and the level of integrated development of urban and rural education rose the slowest.The level of integration and development of urban and rural public services in different provinces varied greatly,with Shanghai city being the highest and Shanxi province the lowest.The level of urban-rural integration development and urbanization is different from region to region.
