高职院校盐湖化工专业建设模式探究

Research on the Construction Mode of Salt Lake Chemical Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州拥有丰富的盐湖资源,依托盐湖资源建立了多个盐湖化工企业,因此对人才有很大的需求。高水平盐湖化工专业建设的目标是向盐湖化工企业输送高素质、高技能型盐湖化工人才。本文简要介绍了盐湖化工类专业建设目标及建设思路,从人才培养模式、科学研究体系、课程设置内容、教学方法及师资队伍建设方面提出盐湖化工类专业建设的措施及建议。通过专业建设培养的学生更符合企业需求,学生的社会服务力、教师的教学及科研成果均得到了提升。

Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province has rich salt lake resources,and has established many salt lake chemical enterprises relying on the salt lake resources,so there is a great demand for talents.The goal of the construction of high-level salt lake chemical specialty is to transport high-quality and highly skilled salt lake chemical talents to salt lake chemical enterprises.This paper briefly introduces the construction goals and ideas of the specialty of salt lake chemical engineering,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the specialty construction of salt lake chemical engineering from the aspects of talent training mode,scientific research system,curriculum content,teaching methods and the construction of teachers.The students trained through professional construction are more in line with the needs of enterprises,and their social service capabilities,teaching and research achievements of teachers have been improved.
