摘要
分析了特种车辆的特点及人工三色变形迷彩喷涂的工艺难点,设计了集绿色化和智能化于一体的机器人迷彩喷涂系统,并通过试验验证了设计方案的可行性,获得了较高质量的三色迷彩图案,实现了特种车辆机器人迷彩喷涂技术的成功应用。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of special vehicles and the technical difficulties of artificial deformation camouflage spraying,designs the integrating green and intelligence robot camouflage spraying system,and verifies the feasibility of the design scheme through experiments,obtains high quality tricolor camouflage patterns,and realizes the successful application of special vehicle robot camouflage spraying technology.
