摘要
本文以风机沿圆周方向排布的柱面相控阵天线阵面风冷散热系统为研究对象,对散热系统理论计算,并采用有限元法对流场仿真分析,对计算结果校核,在此基础上分析和总结了不同风机失效对系统散热性能的影响,基于分析结果提出局部散热加强改造方案,并采用有限元分析对改造后的散热系统进行了性能评估,为风机失效后优化设计提供参考。
In this paper,the air-cooling heat dissipation system of cylindrical phased array antenna arranged along the circumferential direction of the fan is the research object,and the heat dissipation system is theoretically calculated.The finite element method was used to cary out simulation analysis and check calculation results.On this basis,the influence of different fan failures on the heat disspation performance of the system is analyzed and summarized,and a local heat disspation enhancement scheme is proposed based on the analysis results.The finite element analysis is used to evaluate the performance of the mnodifed heat dissipation system to provide a reference for the optimization design of the fan after failure.
