随着社会的不断发展以及城市建设的愈加迅速,市政工程项目的规模和数量也是逐渐增大,而且城市对市政工程的施工建设也有了更高的要求和标准。在市政工程施工过程中最重要的便是需要做好造价成本控制与成本管理工作,在保证市政工程建设质量的同时尽可能减少施工成本费用的支出,这样才能够更好地推动城市经济的发展。因此,论文通过市政工程造价成本管理难点、当前造价成本控制的问题以及市政工程施工中的造价成本控制和成本管理措施等几个方面内容对其进行具体的研究分析。

With the continuous development of society and the increasing speed of urban construction,the scale and quantity of municipal engineering projects are also gradually increasing,and cities have higher requirements and standards for the construction of municipal engineering.The most important thing in the construction process of municipal engineering is to do a good job in cost control and cost management,while ensuring the quality of municipal engineering construction and minimizing the expenditure of construction costs as much as possible,in order to better promote the development of the urban economy.Therefore,the paper conducts specific research and analysis on the difficulties in cost management of municipal engineering,current issues in cost control,and cost control and management measures in municipal engineering construction.
