摘要 页岩储层具有微纳米尺度的孔隙特征和较强的应力敏感效应,通常以控压生产、变换工作制度的模式来抑制支撑剂回流,使得页岩油的流动特征变得异常复杂,给油井的动态分析和产能的预测带来了新的挑战。文中结合国内外页岩油气藏产能预测方法,提出了一种基于经验方法、现代产量递减方法和解析方法的页岩油井产能综合评价新方法和流程。首先,对页岩油井的生产数据进行规整化处理来耦合变产量和变压力的影响,基于规整化产量数据分析页岩油井的流动特征,降低变工作制度下生产数据的波动对产能评价的影响;然后,结合经验方法、现代产量递减方法和解析方法综合评价页岩油井的产能,降低页岩油井产能评价的不确定性。实例分析表明,提出的产能评价方法与数值模拟方法的预测结果较为相近,能有效提高页岩油水平井产能评价的准确性和可靠性,适用于页岩油井产能的快速评价。 Shale reservoir has micro-and nano-scale pore characteristics and strong stress-sensitive effect.Pressure control production and changing working system are the commonly pattern to restrain the proppant backflow,which makes the flowing characteristics of shale oil extremely complex and brings new challenges to the dynamic analysis and productivity prediction of oil wells.In this paper,a new comprehensive productivity evaluation method and procedure are proposed for shale oil wells by combining the empirical method,modern production decline method and analytical method.Firstly,the production data of shale oil wells is normalized to couple the effects of variable rate and pressure,and flowing characteristic are analyzed based on the regularized production data to reduce the impact of data fluctuations on productivity evaluation under changes of working system.Then,empirical method,modern production decline method and analytical method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the productivity of shale oil wells and reduce the uncertainty of productivity evaluation.The practical analysis shows that the productivity evaluation method is similar to numerical simulation,which can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the productivity evaluation of shale oil horizontal wells,and the method is suitable for the rapid evaluation of productivity of shale oil wells.
