摘要
介绍了聚氨酯(PU)保温系数的预测方法及影响因素研究进展。以蓖麻油、棕榈油为代表的生物基PU的隔热性能及阻燃性能有明显改进;采用SiO2气凝胶、粉煤灰及坡缕石复合的PU的保温性能及力学性能显著提高;含磷、含铝阻燃剂的添加可显著提高PU的阻燃性能;回收PU及回收木料可用于制备PU保温材料。
The calculation for heat preservation modulus of polyurethane(PU)and its influential factors are introduced.The thermal insulation and flame retardant properties of bio-based PU represented by castor oil and palm oil have been significantly improved.The thermal insulation and mechanical properties of PU composed of silica aerogel,fly ash and palyzoite have been significantly improved.The addition of phosphorus and aluminum contained flame retardant agents can significantly improve the flame retardant properties of PU.Recycled PU and wood can be used to prepare PU insulation material.
