改性壳聚糖抗菌剂的合成及应用

Synthesis of modified chitosan antibacterial finishing agent and its applications

摘要 针对壳聚糖不溶于水和应用受限的问题,采用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)与经氢氧化钠溶胀后的壳聚糖在水浴条件下合成水溶性壳聚糖改性抗菌剂,再用于棉织物的整理。采用红外光谱分析、热分析、X射线光电子能谱分析进行表征。单因子试验结果表明,在反应时间6h、KH560与溶胀后壳聚糖质量比2:1、反应温度60℃、乙醇与溶胀后壳聚糖质量比35:1、溶胀壳聚糖的氢氧化钠质量分数为2.44%时,织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率均大于95%。经过40次水洗后,抑菌率有所下降,但仍大于90%,符合抗菌纺织品的要求。 In view of the issue of chitosan being insoluble in water and limited in application,γ-water soluble chitosan modified antibacterial agent is synthesized from Glycidol ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH560)and chitosan swelled by sodium hydroxide under water bath conditions for cotton fabric finishing.The characterizations are carried out using infrared spectrum analysis,thermal analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectrum analysis.The results of single factor test show that when the reaction time is 6 h,the ratio of KH560 to swelled chitosan is 2:1,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the ratio of ethanol to swelled chitosan is 35:1,and the sodium hydroxide content of swelled chitosan is 2.44%,the antibacterial rate of the fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is more than 95%.After 40 times of washing,the antibacterial rate decreases slightly,but it is still greater than 90%,meeting the requirements of antibacterial textiles.
