离子液体柔性传感器的研究进展

摘要 传统可穿戴电子设备使用的导电材料刚性高、拉伸性能差,阻碍了其进一步发展。离子液体具有极低的蒸气压、良好的热稳定性和电化学稳定性,不易燃,极性可调节,离子电导率较高,可替代传感器中的传统导电材料,使传感器具有更高的柔性以贴合不规则物体表面。介绍了离子液体作为柔性传感器导电层的几种存在形式以及与纺丝技术相结合的应用,分析了每种形式的优缺点,为柔性传感器的多方面发展提供参考,并对未来发展方向提出展望。 The high rigidity and poor tensile performance of conductive materials in traditional wearable electronic devices hinder their further development.Ionic liquids have unique properties such as extremely low vapor pressure,good thermal and electrochemical stability,non-flammability,adjustable polarity and high ionic conductivity,which can replace the traditional conductive materials in the sensor,making the sensor more flexible to fit the surface of irregular objects.Several existing forms of ionic liquid as conductive layer of flexible sensor and its application combined with spinning technology are systematically introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of each formare analyzed,which can provide reference for the development of flexible sensor in many aspects,and put forward prospects for the future.
