为设计一种对称菱形图案,在配色模纹设计的基础上进行组织设计,并上机试织。织物凹凸立体感明显,平纹组织部分质地紧致轻薄,蜂巢组织部分质地松软,凹凸效果明显。试验结论为:配色模纹使织物花型图案丰富多样,组织设计中将平纹组织与蜂巢组织相结合,形成平纹地小提花织物,其具有明显的花型图案,质地柔软与硬挺相结合,花型立体,层次感分明.

In order to design a symmetrical diamond pattern,reasonable weave is designed and weaved on the basis of the color effect.The fabric has a clear three-dimensional effect of concavity and convexity,with a compact and light texture in the plain weave part and a soft texture in the honeycomb tissue part,resulting in a significant concavity and convexity effect.The experimental conclusion is that the color effect makes the pattern rich and diverse,and the plain weave is combined with the honeycomb weave in the weave design to form the plain ground jacquard fabric.The fabric has a clear pattern,with a combination handle of soft and stf,a three-dimensional pattern,and a clear senseof hierarchy.
