南蛇藤抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-tumor Mechanism of Celastrus Orbiculatus

南蛇藤(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.或C.articulatunm Thunb.)是卫矛科(Celastraceae)南蛇藤属植物,是常见的传统中药之一。现代研究表明其含有多种活性成分,除了在中医药理论指导下发挥祛风除湿通络作用之外,现代研究表明其还具有抗肿瘤、抗多重耐药、抗动脉硬化、抗炎、抗风湿、抗病毒、抗氧化活性等多种生物学活性。现代药理研究表明南蛇藤不仅有良好抗肿瘤活性,而且抗肿瘤的作用机制是多样性的。就近年来关于南蛇藤抗肿瘤作用的国内外文献,从南蛇藤抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管形成、抑制肿瘤的侵袭转移以及联合化疗药物增效等5个方面进行综述,以期望为南蛇藤后续研发和临床应用提供理论参考依据。

Nansheteng(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.)is a plant of the genus celastraceae,and is one of the common tradi⁃tional Chinese medicines.Modern studies have shown that it contains a variety of active ingredients,in addition to playing the role of dispelling wind,removing dampness and dredging collaterals under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.Modern studies have shown that it also has a variety of biological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-multidrug resistance,an⁃ti-arteriosclerosis,anti-inflammatory,anti-rheumatic,anti-virus and anti-oxidation activities.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Nansheteng(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.)not only has good anti-tumor activity,but also has a variety of anti-tumor mechanisms.In this paper,the domestic and foreign literature on the anti-tumor effect of Nansheteng(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.)in recent years is reviewed from five aspects,including inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis and synergistic effect of combined chemotherapy drugs.It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent research and development and clinical application of Nansheteng(Celastrus orbiculatus Thunb.).
