小柴胡汤及其类方辨治抑郁症的研究进展

Research Progress of Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)and Its Similar Prescriptions in Treatment of Depression

小柴胡汤是《伤寒论》中的经典方药,具有和解少阳、调畅气机之效。其类方均可疏通气机,平衡阴阳。抑郁症作为精神类疾病,其病因病机离不开脏腑气血阴阳的失衡。通过查阅近10年有关小柴胡汤及其类方加减在治疗抑郁症方面的相关文献,对小柴胡汤及其类方治疗抑郁症的理论研究、临床研究和药理机制研究进行综述。此类方药以枢机不利,气机郁结为特征,通过上调单胺类神经递质水平,抑制炎症反应,调控HPA轴等途径,进而缓解抑郁症患者之情绪低落、狂躁、失眠等诸多症状。因此扼要分析了小柴胡汤及其类方加减抗抑郁的临床研究和抗抑郁作用机制研究,以望为抑郁症的临床治疗提供参考。

Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is a classic prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and has the effect of reconciling Shaoyang and regulating Qi.All the similar formulae can soothe Qi and balance Yin and Yang.Depression is a men⁃tal illness,and its etiology and pathogenesis are inseparable from the imbalance of Zang-Fu organs,blood,Yin and Yang.By re⁃viewing the relevant literature about Xiaochaihu Decoction and its related formulae in the treatment of depression in the past ten years,the theoretical research,clinical research and pharmacological mechanism research of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its similar formulae in the treatment of depression were reviewed.This kind of formula is characterized by dysfunction of acting as a pivot and Qi stagnation.By increasing the level of monoamine neurotransmitters,inhibiting inflammatory response and regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,it can relieve depression,mania,insomnia and many other symptoms.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the antidepressant clinical research and antidepressant mechanism research of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its related formulae,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of depression.
