血清NSE、ALP、CRP水平与脑卒中后抑郁的相关性分析

The relationship between the levels of serum NSE,ALP,CRP and the degree of poststroke depression

目的探究血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与脑卒中后抑郁的相关性。方法选取2020年4月~2022年4月期间到我院就诊的95例脑卒中患者,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估脑卒中患者抑郁程度,依据抑郁发生情况分组。采集患者病变类型、年龄等一般资料,入院时检测血清NSE、ALP、CRP的表达水平;并采用Logistic回归分析血清因子与脑卒中后抑郁发生的相关性。结果脑卒中后抑郁组NSE、ALP、CRP水平高于非脑卒中后抑郁组,中重度脑卒中后抑郁患者NSE、ALP、CRP水平均高于轻度脑卒中后抑郁患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经二元Logistic回归分析,血清NSE、ALP、CRP水平是脑卒中后抑郁疾病的独立危险因素。结论血清NSE、ALP、CRP水平可作为预测脑卒中后抑郁患病以及严重程度的参考指标。

Objective To explore the correlation between serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),C-reactive protein(CRP)and the degree of poststroke depression.Methods A total of 95 patients with stroke who visited our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to evaluate the degree of depression in stroke patients,and the patients were grouped according to the occurrence of depression.General data such as lesion type and age were collected,and the expression levels of serum NSE,ALP and CRP were detected upon admission.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between serum factors and poststroke depression.Results The levels of NSE,ALP and CRP in poststroke depression group were higher than those in non-poststroke depression group,and the levels of NSE,ALP and CRP in moderate to severe poststroke depression patients were higher than those in mild poststroke depression patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By binary Logistic regression analysis,serum NSE,ALP and CRP levels were independent risk factors for poststroke depression.Conclusion Serum NSE,ALP and CRP levels can be the most predictive indicators of the incidence and severity of post-stroke depression.
