脑卒中患者血清BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ水平与焦虑/抑郁的关系

Relationship between BDNF,OPN,Ang Il levels and anxiety/depression in stroke patients

目的探究脑卒中患者血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ以及脑源神经营养因子(BDNF)水平表达与焦虑/抑郁的关系。方法选取我院2021年1月~2022年8月期间收治的81例脑卒中患者作为观察组,同期在我院健康体检者40例作为对照组,并检测所有受试者血清OPN、AngⅡ、BDNF水平;根据医院焦虑抑郁量表评估患者焦虑抑郁情况,并采用二元Logistic回归分析血清BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ水平与脑卒中患者焦虑/抑郁的关系。结果观察组BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ水平均低于对照组,焦虑/抑郁组BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ水平均低于无焦虑/抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经二元Logistic回归分析,脑卒中患者血清低水平BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ是影响脑卒中患者焦虑/抑郁的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者血清BDNF、OPN、AngⅡ因子呈低水平,是影响脑卒中患者焦虑/抑郁情绪的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of osteopontin(OPN),angiotensin(Ang)II and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and anxiety/depression in stroke patients.Methods 81 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy patients in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum OPN,Ang II and BDNF levels of all subjects were detected.The anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated according to the hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,and the relationship between serum BDNF,OPN,Ang II levels and anxiety/depression of stroke patients was analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results The levels of BDNF,OPN and Ang II in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of BDNF,OPN and Ang II in the anxiety/depression group were lower than those in the non-anxiety/depression group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that low serum levels of BDNF,OPN and Ang II were independent risk factors for anxiety/depression in stroke patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Low levels of serum BDNF,OPN and Ang II factors are independent risk factors affecting anxiety/depression in stroke patients.
