术前访视对择期介入治疗的冠心病患者心理的影响

Effect of preoperative visit on psychology of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing elective i terventional therapy

目的观察术前访视对接受择期心脏介入手术的冠心病(CHD)患者心理状况的影响。方法选择2020年2月~2021年3月接诊且行择期心脏介入手术的93例CHD患者,随机分为:观察组(纳入46例,提供术前访视)、对照组(纳入47例,提供常规术前指导),评价组间心血管应激反应[心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)]、心理状况评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、患者满意程度。结果(1)干预前,组间HR、DBP、SBP、心理状况评分、PSQI无明显差异,P>0.05;干预后,观察组HR、DBP、SBP、心理状况评分、PSQI更佳,P<0.05;(2)在患者满意程度方面,观察组(93.48%)优于对照组(74.47%),P<0.05。结论在CHD患者行心脏介入手术前实施术前访视,能够提高心理健康程度,改善睡眠状况,减轻心血管应激反应,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of preoperative visit on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing elective cardiac intervention and its psychological status.Methods 93 patients with CHD who underwent elective cardiac intervention from February 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(46 cases were included to provide preoperative visit)and control group(47 cases were included to provide routine preoperative guidance).The cardiovascular stress response[heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],psychological status score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Results(1)There was no significant difference in HR,DBP,SBP,psychological status score and PSQI between the groups before intervention,P>0.05.After the intervention,HR,DBP,SBP,psychological status score and PSQI in the observation group were better,P<0.05.(2)In terms of patient satisfaction,the observation group(93.48%)was better than the control group(74.47%),P<0.05.Conclusion Preoperative visit before cardiac intervention in CHD patients can improve mental health,improve sleep,reduce cardiovascular stress response and improve patient satisfaction.
