早产儿袋鼠式护理运用

The application of neonatal kangaroo mother care

目的 考察早产儿袋鼠式护理的应用效果。方法 选择2019年6月-2020年6月山东大学齐鲁医院60例早产儿为研究对象,随机等分为2组,每组30例对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上运用袋鼠式护理。比较2组患儿住院时间、呼吸支持时间、管饲时间、出院体质量;比较2组患儿肺炎、贫血、感染等并发症发生情况。结果 观察组住院时间、呼吸支持时间、管饲时间显著低于对照组,出院体质量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺炎、贫血、感染等并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在常规护理的基础上给予早产儿袋鼠式护理能够有效促进体质量增长,缩短住院、呼吸支持、管饲时间,并能够降低相关并发症发生率。

Objective To summarize the application of neonatal kangaroo mother care.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,60 newborn premature infants in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was best treated with kangaroo care based on the control group.The hospitalization time,respiratory support time,tube feeding days,and discharge weight of the two groups of children were compared;the occurrence of pneumonia,anemia,infection and other complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's hospitalization time,respiratory support time,and tube feeding days were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the discharged weight was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had complications such as pneumonia,anemia,and infection The total incidence was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe neonatal kangaroo nursing on the basis of routine nursing can effectively promote the weight gain of newborn preterm infants,shorten the hospitalization,respiratory support,and oral feeding time,and can reduce the incidence of complications related to preterm infants.
