摘要
目的探讨情景演练联合行为回放教学法在护理实习生职业防护培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月一2022年3月德阳市人民医院临床实习护生71名作为研究对象,根据奇偶数分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用情景演练联合行为回放教学法进行职业防护知识培训,对照组采用传统讲授法进行职业防护培训,对2组教学效果进行评价。结果试验组35名实习护生均未发生职业暴露,对照组36名实习护生发生职业暴露6人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组实习护生职业防护知识、职业防护态度、行为、教学满意度得分比较,试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景演练联合行为回放教学法培训可有效帮助实习护生提高职业防护意识、知识掌握程度和行为依从性,降低职业暴露的风险,提高临床带教满意度。
Objective The study explores the application effect of situational rehearsal combined with behavioral replay teaching method in the vocational protection knowledge training of nursing interns.Methods The clinical practice nursing students in groups from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd and even number of groups.The experimental group adopted the situational exercise combined with the behavioral replay teaching method to conduct occupational protection knowledge training,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There were no occupational exposures among 35 nursing students in the experimental group,and 6 of the 36 nursing students in the control group experienced occupational exposure,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the knowledge,attitude and behavior of nursing students in the two groups,and the scores of teaching satisfaction,The scores of the control group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario rehearsal combined with behavioral replay teaching method can effectively help trainee nursing students improve occupational protection awareness,knowledge mastery and compliance,reduce the risk of occupational exposure,and increase clinical teaching satisfaction.
