2081例恶性肿瘤死亡病例统计分析

Statistical Analysis of 2081 Death Cases of Malignant Tumors

目的分析东营市某三甲医院恶性肿瘤死亡病例特征,为肿瘤防治及医疗资源配置提供参考依据。方法选取某院2014年1月1日-2021年12月31日出院患者中死因为恶性肿瘤的2081例病例为研究对象,回顾性分析恶性肿瘤死亡病例的疾病构成、顺位、性别和年龄分布等特征。结果某院2014年-2021年出院患者中共有3688例死亡病例,其中因恶性肿瘤死亡2081例,占全死因的56.43%,男性1363例,女性718例,男女性别比为1.90:1。死因顺位前5位依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、食管癌。40岁以下人群死亡101例,死因之首为白血病和胃癌,≥40岁以上人群死亡1980例,死因之首为肺癌。55.79%的恶性肿瘤死亡患者集中在60岁~79岁组。结论恶性肿瘤死亡病例主要是男性高于女性,40岁以上的中老年人群肺癌居恶性肿瘤死因首位,消化系统恶性肿瘤次之,应加大对肺癌和消化系统恶性肿瘤的预防与治疗。

Objectives This study aims to analyze the characteristics of malignant tumor deaths in a tertiary hospital in Dongying and provide a reference for tumor prevention and treatment work as well as the allocation of medical resources.Methods 2081 patients with malignant tumors who were discharged from a hospital from January,2014 to December,2021 were included in this study.A retrospective analysis was performed on the disease composition,sequence,sex,and age distribution of malignant tumor deaths.Results A total of 3688 deaths were reported in this hospital from 2014 to 2021,including 2081 deaths caused by malignant tumors,accounting for 56.43%.Among those death cases,1363 were males and 718 were females,with a sex ratio of 1.90:1.The top five causes of death were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer.There were 101 deaths under 40 years of age,and the leading causes of death were leukemia and stomach cancer.There were 1980 deaths over 40 years of age,and the leading cause of death was lung cancer.55.79%of malignant tumor deaths were concentrated in the 60 to 79 age group.Conclusions Malignant tumor death cases are mainly male than female.Among people over 40 years old,lung cancer is the leading cause of death from malignant tumors,followed by malignant tumors of the digestive system.Hospitals should increase the prevention and treatment of lung cancer and digestive system malignancies.
