野战相关消化系统疾病以及消化内镜教学与培训

Teaching and Training of Digestive Diseases and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Associated with Field Battle Condition

野战相关消化系统疾病和消化内镜诊疗是野战内科学建设的重要内容,但目前我军医学院校和医疗机构针对各级军事卫勤人员的野战消化系统疾病,特别是消化内镜相关教学与培训工作相对滞后。随着现代战争模式的更迭,野战消化系统疾病谱也在不断变化,目前缺乏专门的野战消化内科学教材,课程设置及教学内容需要更迭,培训工作也不系统和规范。建议根据我军不同军兵种、特殊战场环境和遂行不同军事任务时的野战消化系统疾病谱特征,采用整合医学观念,制定教材、教案、案例库和战例库等,针对不同层级人员采用多种教学和培训方法整合模式实施,注重理论授课、演训实操和考核相结合。近年来,消化内镜诊疗已延伸到传统外科领域,具有较大战时应用潜力,但未在野战医院或医疗所常规配备和普及应用。野战消化内镜教学和培训工作需重视,建议针对有战时应用价值的消化内镜救治技术,采用理论学习、教学观摩、模型练习、病例操作和模拟考核等模式,结合短期培训,导师视频操作演示和手把手等实施,针对不同层级人员开展有针对性的教学和培训。

Digestive diseases and gastrointestinal endoscopy are vital parts of internal battlefield medicine.At present,however,our military medical colleges and medical institutions are relatively lagging behind in the field of digestive system diseases for military medical personnel at all levels,especially the teaching and training related to digestive endoscopy.With the changing mode of modern warfare,the spectrum of digestive diseases on the battlefield is also changing.Currently,there is a lack of specialized teaching materials for field gastroenterology,the curriculum and teaching content need to be changed,and the training work is not systematic and standardized.This article suggests that according to the characteristics of the spectrum of diseases of the digestive system in the field of different military units,special battlefield environments,and different military tasks of our army,the concept of integrated medicine,formulating teaching materials,teaching plans,case base,and battle case base should be adopted.A variety of teaching and training methods for integration modes for personnel at different levels should be used,and the combination of theoretical teaching,practical training,and assessment should be focused on.Recently,gastrointestinal endoscopy has been extended to the traditional surgical field and has tremendous potential for wartime application but is not routinely equipped and popularly applied in field hospitals or medical clinics.Field warfare gastrointestinal endoscopy teaching and training work needs to be paid attention to.This article recommends that for the digestive endoscopy rescue technology with wartime application value,the modes of theoretical study,teaching observation,model practice,case operation,and simulation assessment should be adopted.Combined with short-term training,instructor video operation demonstration,and hands-on implementation,targeted teaching,and training for personnel at different levels should be carried out.
