四种信号类物质对糙皮侧耳冷胁迫适应性的影响

摘要 糙皮侧耳Pleurotusostreatus是我国主栽食用菌品种之一,经济效益较高。但是,大棚环境种植糙皮侧耳控制能力较差,受外界环境条件影响较大,在寒冷条件下糙皮侧耳易受冷胁迫影响,生长受到抑制。信号类物质在生物应对环境胁迫中发挥重要作用,本试验以全国广泛栽培的糙皮侧耳新831菌种为材料,通过4℃冷胁迫处理,加入不同浓度的信号类物质,研究了腐胺(putrescine,Put)、Ca^(2+)、H_(2)O_(2)、NO这4种信号类物质对糙皮侧耳冷胁迫适应性的影响。发现一定浓度的Put和NO可提高冷胁迫期间糙皮侧耳的菌丝生长速率,Put不仅可提高冷胁迫期间菌丝生长速率,还可以提高冷胁迫后的恢复生长速率。本文研究了4种信号类物质对糙皮侧耳冷胁迫适应性的影响,可为深入研究糙皮侧耳冷胁迫抗性机理提供借鉴和参考,具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。 Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the main edible mushrooms in China,which has high economic benefits.Adaptability of P.ostreatus planted in greenhouse environment is unstable,and it is greatly affected by external environmental conditions.Under cold conditions,the growth of P.ostreatus planted in greenhouse is easily affected and inhibited by cold stress.In this experiment,strain X831 was used as the material.The effects of different concentrations of four signal substances[putrescine(Put),Ca^(2+),H_(2)O_(2),and NO]on the adaptability of P.ostreatus to cold stress at 4°C were studied.The results showed that a certain concentration of Put and NO could increase the growth rate of P.ostreatus under cold stress.Put could not only increase the growth rate of hyphae during cold stress,but also increase the recovery growth rate after cold stress.This paper provides reference for further research on the resistance mechanism of P.ostreatus to cold stress.
