浅谈高校教师职业道德修养问题及提升对策

A Brief Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Professional Ethics Cultivation of College Teachers

“师范也者,学子之根核也。”教师的道德情操对学生的成长成才有着深远的影响,高校教师承担着为国家和社会未来发展所需求的高质量人才的培育任务。虽然高校教师道德修养整体形势上表现良好,出现了一批批道德楷模,但目前部分高校教师在职业道德修养方面仍或多或少存在一些问题,因此提升高校教师的职业道德修养是必要的。文章在归纳高校教师职业道德基本内涵的基础上,剖析和探讨了高校教师职业道德修养的问题症结和高校教师职业道德建设的作用,最后有针对性地提出了高校教师提升自身职业道德修养的建议,以期能够为高校教师提升自身职业道德修养提供参考。

Teachers are the root and core of students.The moral sentiment of teachers has a profound influence on the growth of students.College teachers undertake the task of cultivating high-quality talents for the future development of the country and society.The overall situation of college teachers’professional ethics is good,and there are batches of typical moral models,but there are still more or less some problems in some college teachers’professional ethics,so it is necessary to improve the professional ethics of college teachers.On the basis of summarizing the basic connotation of college teachers’professional ethics,this paper analyzes and discusses the crux of the problems of college teachers’professional ethics cultivation and the role of the construction of college teachers’professional ethics.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for college teachers to improve their professional ethics cultivation,in order to provide reference for college teachers to improve their professional ethics cultivation.
