“教研赛创”融合模式下创新创业拔尖人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Training Top Talents in Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Mode of Integration of Teaching,Research,Competition and Innovation

在“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景下,如何系统地推进高职院校创新创业教育的良好发展,如何培养创新创业优秀人才,是当前高职院校教育改革中急需要解决的主要问题。创新创业教育属于新的一种人才培养模式,应当回归育人本质和服务社会,课程体系是创新创业教育持续发展和保障人才培养质量的关键环节。创新创业教育是实用教育,必须把学生的职业能力培养放在第一位,对学生的思辨能力、实践能力、未来领导力以及机会寻找和把握能力进行培养。“教研赛创”一体培养模式严格遵循深化职业院校创新创业教育改革的思路,重视学生的主体性,以学生专业能力和认知规律为依据,把教学、科研、竞赛和创新创业融合为一体的培养体系。

Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,how to systematically promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and cultivate outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the main problem urgently needed to be solved in the current education reform of higher vocational colleges.As a new talent training mode,innovation and entrepreneurship education should return to the essence of educating people and serving society.Curriculum system is a key link for the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the guarantee of talent training quality.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is practical education,which should give priority to the cultivation of students’vocational ability and cultivate students’critical thinking ability,future leadership and opportunity grasping ability.The integrated teaching mode of teaching,research,competition and innovation follows the reform idea of deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,respects students’subjectivity,and integrates teaching,scientific research,competition and innovation and entrepreneurship into one training system based on students’professional ability and cognitive law.
