Case Design of Ideological and Political Teaching of Public Finance Course under the Background of New Liberal Arts:Taking Market Failure as an Example

课程思政立德树人的目标是新文科建设须遵循的指导思想,新文科建设学科交叉的理念又能为课程思政建设提供更多的渠道。因此,结合新文科背景展开财政学课程思政案例建设非常有现实意义。该文首先结合课程思政建设理念分析财政学课程的性质,并根据课程性质及教学目标对市场失灵教学内容进行课程思政案例设计,最后结合新文科建设要求创新课程教学模式。

The goal of fostering virtue through education in ideological and political education in specialized courses is the central guiding ideology that needs to be followed in the construction of new liberal arts.The concept of interdisciplinary development in the construction of new liberal arts can also provide more channels for ideological and political construction in specialized courses.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the case construction of ideological and political education in public finance in combination with the new liberal arts background.This paper first analyzes the nature of public finance curriculum based on the concept of ideological and political construction of the curriculum,and then designs the ideological and political case of market failure teaching content according to the nature of the curriculum and teaching objectives.Finally,it innovates the curriculum teaching mode based on the requirements of the new liberal arts construction.
