电子与组合式输尿管软镜治疗对肾下盏结石患者结石清除率和并发症的影响

Curative effect of digital flexible ureteroscopic and modular flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on renal calyceal stones and their influences on stone clearance rate and complications

目的:探讨电子与组合式输尿管软镜治疗对肾下盏结石患者结石清除率和并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年10月本院收治的82例肾下盏结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者采用组合式输尿管软镜(Modular flexible ureteroscope,MFU)联合钬激光治疗,观察组采用电子输尿管软镜(Disposable flexible ureteroscope,DFU)联合钬激光治疗。记录围手术期相关指标并比较两组术后1 m临床效果以及并发症的发生。结果:两组患者术后1 m结石清除率和寻石成功率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组住院时间无明显差异(P>0.05),但对照组手术时间明显高于观察组,治疗费用明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。两组患者总并发症发生无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:DFU和MFU应用钬激光治疗肾下盏结石疗效相当,术后并发症较少,均是安全有效的。

Objective:To investigate the effect of electronic and combined flexible ureteroscopy on stone clearance rate and complications in patients with lower calyx calculi.Methods:A total of 82 patients with renal calyceal stones admitted to the hospital were enrolled between October 2018 and October 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modular flexible ureteroscope(MFU)holmium laser lithotrity,while observation group was treated with disposable flexible ureteroscope(DFU)holmium laser lithotrity.The perioperative related indexes were recorded.The clinical effect and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups at 1 month after surgery.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in stone clearance rate or the success rate of stones finding at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).The difference in hospitalization time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operation time in control group was significantly longer than that in observation group,and treatment cost was significantly lower than that in observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of DFU and MFU holmium laser lithotrity is comparable on renal calyceal stones,with few postoperative complications,high safety and effectiveness.
