氨氯地平贝那普利片对原发性高血压患者血压变异性、血管内皮功能及脂质过氧化程度的影响价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨氨氯地平贝那普利片对原发性高血压(Essential hypertension,EH)患者血压变异性、血管内皮功能及脂质过氧化程度的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年6月我院收治的103例EH患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为常规组(n=51)和研究组(n=52)。常规组患者口服盐酸贝那普利片治疗,研究组口服氨氯地平贝那普利片(Ⅱ)治疗,两组患者均连续治疗8 w后对比两组患者血压变异性、血管内皮功能、脂质过氧化程度、不良反应。结果:治疗8 w末,两组收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、24 h无间断测量24 h舒张压变异(24 h diastolic blood pressure variability,24 h DBPV)、24 h收缩压变异(24 h systolic blood pressure variability,24 h SBPV)、血浆丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、脂质过氧化物(Lipid peroxides,LPO)水平、血清内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)、血栓素2(Thrombus 2,TXB2)水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于常规组(P<0.05);两组血浆生长素(Ghrelin)、血清血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平均明显升高且研究组明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:氨氯地平贝那普利片可调节EH患者脂质过氧化程度,改善血管内皮功能,调节血压变异性,安全性好。 Objective:To investigate the effects of amlodipine Benazepril tablets on blood pressure variability,vascular endothelial function and lipid peroxidation degree in patients with Essential hypertension(EH).Methods:A total of 103 EH patients received by our hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects.They were divided into conventional groups(n=51)and research groups(n=52)according to different treatment methods.Patients with regular groups are treated with oral benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the research group is treated with amlodipine benzepril tablets(II).Both groups of patients are continuously treated for 8 weeks.two groups of patients'blood pressure variability,vascular endothelial function,the degree of lipid peroxidation and adverse reactions were compared after 8 weeks.Results:At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and 24 h diastolic blood pressure variability(24 h DBPV),24 h systolic blood pressure variability(24 h SBPV),plasma malondialdehyde(MDA),lipid peroxides(LPO)levels,serum endothelin-1(ET-1),thromboxane 2(TXB2)levels were significantly lower,and the research groups was significantly lower than the conventional groups(P<0.05);two groups of plasma Ghrelin,serum Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level,plasma Superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were significantly increased,and the research groups is significantly higher than the conventional groups(P<0.05).No significant difference was found between the incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine Benazepril tablets can regulate the degree of lipid peroxidation,improve vascular endothelial function and regulate blood pressure variability in EH patients with good safety.
