摘要
基于蓝牙芯片的射频(Radio Frequency,RF)测试装置及测试系统进行设计,通过可编程控制接口的参数配置将通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)缆线、串口、通用接口总线(General-Purpose Interface Bus,GPIB)远程接口与PC、仪表及待测设备进行连接,对测试仪表和待测设备进行远程操作,将待测设备的蓝牙射频模块的性能指标进行测试、验证及调试。目前,现有技术中对蓝牙系统级别的验证比较多,前端芯片级测试仍然需要耗费大量人力,并且测试效果较低。而这套测试装置系统改变了传统手动调整测试设备的连接环境和手动修改测试参数,优化了数据分析界面,自动化修改配置、切换待测模块以及生成数据及测试报告,极大地节约了人力成本,提高了验证效率。
Design the Radio Frequency(RF)test device and test system based on bluetooth chip.Through the parameter configuration of the programmable control interface,the Universal Serial Bus(USB)cable,serial port,General-Purpose Interface Bus,(GPIB)remote interface connects to PC,instrument and device under test,performs remote operation on the instrument and device under test,tests,verifies and debugs the performance indicators of the bluetooth RF module of the device under test.At present,there are more verification of bluetooth system level among existing technologies,and front-end chip level testing still requires a lot of manpower,and the test effect is low.This test device system changes the traditional manual adjustment of the test equipment connection environment and manual modification of test parameters,optimizes the data analysis interface,automatically modifies the configuration,switches the module to be tested and generates data and test reports,which greatly saves the labor cost and improves the verification efficiency.
