氧化锌电阻脉冲V-I特性方程应用于避雷器的研究

摘要 提出了一种适合氧化锌非线性元件特性方程及确定方程式中常数的计算方法,可使电流峰值改变2~3个数量级,从而正确表示电阻片的实际特性精度与电流和电压测试值的相对关系。通过查找大量相关文献,对X企业的各类避雷器电阻片,开展8/20脉冲V-I特性方程实验。从实验结果可以看出,氧化锌电阻脉冲V-I特性方程应用于避雷器时,具备较强的适应性。结合对应的实验物理现象,可进一步对电阻片保护特性进行优化。 A calculation method suitable for the characteristic equation of zinc oxide nonlinear components and determining the constants in the equation is proposed,which can change the peak current by 2~3 orders of magnitude,thus correctly expressing the relative relationship between the actual characteristic accuracy of the resistor and the measured values of current and voltage.By searching a large number of related documents,the 8/20 pulse V-I characteristic equation experiment was carried out for various lightning arrester resistors in X enterprise.It can be seen from the experimental results that the V-I characteristic equation of zinc oxide resistance pulse has strong adaptability when applied to lightning arrester.Combined with the corresponding experimental physical phenomena,the protection characteristics of the resistor can be further optimized.
