通过对永磁同步电机的应用优势进行研究,分析其在钢铁行业当中的应用效果,如对钢铁行业中皮带运输机、风机类设备以及水泵类设备中的电机加以改造,均使用永磁同步电机加以替代。结合永磁同步电机替换应用案例发现,在应用永磁同步电机之后,钢铁行业明显呈现出良好的节能效果,这对于钢铁行业的可持续发展产生了积极作用。

By studying the application advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motors and analyzing their application effects in the steel industry,such as renovating the motors in belt conveyors,fan equipment,and water pump equipment in the steel industry,all of which are replaced by permanent magnet synchronous motors.Based on the application case of replacing permanent magnet synchronous motors,it was found that the steel industry has significantly shown good energy-saving effects after the application of permanent magnet synchronous motors,which has a positive impact on the sustainable development of the steel industry.
