摘要 为了让电力事业更好适应时代的发展需求,在建筑信息模型(Building information model,BIM)平台不断发展的大背景之下,对于电力工程造价管理系统进行了研究分析。首先简要介绍了BIM技术的应用特点及其实际情况,对于BIM技术的可视性、协调性、模拟性展开研究分析。探讨了BIM技术在电力工程造价中的应用价值。运用对比分析的方式,阐述了现阶段电力工程造价控制过程中存在的问题,结合BIM技术的具体优势,分析了该项技术在电力工程造价管理中的应用价值。合理运用BIM技术,能够实现对于电力系统运行全过程的有效掌控,也能够通过构建数据信息平台的方式,对工程造价进行有效控制,该项技术在施工阶段以及竣工阶段都有较大的应用价值。 In order to better adapt the power industry to the development needs of the times,under the backdrop of the continuous development of the Building information model(BIM)platform,research and analysis were conducted on the power engineering cost management system.Firstly,a brief introduction was given to the application characteristics and actual situation of BIM technology.Research and analysis were conducted on the visibility,coordination,and simulation of BIM technology.Explored the application value of BIM technology in the cost of power engineering.By using comparative analysis,the problems existing in the current cost control process of power engineering are elaborated.Combined with the specific advantages of BIM technology,the application value of this technology in power engineering cost management is analyzed.Reasonable use of BIM technology can achieve effective control over the entire process of power system operation,and can also effectively control project costs through the construction of a data information platform.This technology has significant application value in both the construction and completion stages.
