绿色建筑屋顶花园功能及设计研究

Study on the Function and Design of the Green Building Roof Garden

屋顶花园可用于增加建筑物的丰富性、降低建筑能耗、促进雨水收集和利用,并且屋顶花园中的绿色植被还能改善空气质量、抑制扬尘以及颗粒物,这种建筑设计方案充分体现出绿色建筑的设计理念。本研究中重点分析了屋顶花园的类型、屋顶基础结构的设计要求以及植被系统的设计要点,在基础结构方面重点要控制承载力、坡度、防水性等工程作业要点,在植被系统设计中要重视植物种类选型,强调其环境适应性,突出抗风、耐高温、耐寒等特性。

The roof garden can be used to increase the richness of buildings,reduce building energy consumption,promote the collection and utilization of rainwater,and the green vegetation in the roof garden can also improve the air quality,suppress dust and particulate matter,this architectural design scheme fully reflects the design concept of green building.The study mainly analyzes the type of the roof garden,the roof of infrastructure design requirements and the vegetation system design points,in the aspect of infrastructure key to control the bearing capacity,slope,waterproof,etc engineering points,in vegetation system design attention to plant species selection,emphasize its environmental adaptability,highlight the wind resistance,high temperature resistance and cold resistance characteristics.
