重组人干扰素α2a栓对人乳头瘤病毒感染患者宫颈黏液中炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of recombinant human interferon α2a suppository on levels of inflammatory factors in cervical mucus of HPV-infected patients

摘要 目的 探讨重组人干扰素α2a(recombinant human interferon α2a,rhIFNα2a)栓对人乳头瘤病毒(huaman papillo-mavirus,HPV)感染患者宫颈黏液中炎性因子水平的影响。方法 选取西安交通大学第二附属医院2022年3—8月收治的60例HPV阳性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予rhIFNα2a栓治疗,阴道用药,隔日1次,1个月连用10次为1个疗程,持续3个疗程;对照组不使用药物。收集宫颈分泌物,采用化学发光法检测IL-1β、IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组患者宫颈黏液中炎性因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(t分别为-2.717、-2.686、-3.178、-3.25,P均<0.05)。与治疗前相比,观察组患者宫颈黏液中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平明显降低(t分别为5.934、4.092、6.495、3.287,P均<0.01),而对照组患者宫颈黏液中仅IL-8水平差异有统计学意义(t=2.345,P=0.024)。结论 rhIFNα-2a栓治疗可降低宫颈黏液中炎性因子水平,改善炎性反应,加快HPV清除。 Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon α2a(rhIFNα2a) suppository on the levels of inflammatory factors in the cervical mucus of patients infected with human papillomavirus(HPV).Methods A total of60 HPV-positive patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from March to August in 2022 were selected as study objects,and then divided into observation and control groups,30 cases for each group,according to the random number table method.The observation group was given rhIFNα2a suppository therapy by vaginal medication,once every other day,continuous 10 times a month as a course of treatment,and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The control group did not use drugs.The cervical secretions were collected and the levels of IL-1β,IL-2R,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were measured by chemiluminescence assay.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in cervical mucus of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-2.717,-2.686,-3.178 and-3.25,respectively,each P 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in cervical mucus of patients in the observation group also decreased significantly(t=5.934,4.092,6.495 and 3.287,respectively,each P 0.01),while in the control group,only the level of IL-8 in cervical mucus was significantly different(t=2.345,P=0.024).Conclusion rhIFNα2a suppository can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in cervical mucus,attenuate the inflammatory response and accelerate the clearance of HPV.
