基于数据挖掘分析曾庆琪教授治疗早泄用药特点与规律

Analysis of Professor Zeng Qingqi’s medication characteristics and rules in the treatment of premature ejaculation based on data mining

目的 基于中医传承辅助系统(V3.0)分析曾庆琪教授治疗早泄的用药经验与组方规律。方法 收集并整理曾庆琪教授门诊治疗早泄的医案,运用中医传承辅助系统(V3.0)的关联规则和熵聚类等方法,对数据库中的用药及组方进行统计分析并挖掘核心聚类方药组合。结果 共纳入100首处方,包含了172味中药,使用频次排名前10的中药为甘草、白芍、白术、茯苓、山药、陈皮、生地黄、干姜、当归、鸡内金。使用中药四气以温性药物为主;五味以甘味药物为主;得出核心药对21个,通过无监督熵层次聚类得到新处方3个。结论 曾庆琪教授治疗早泄多以“补肾健脾、宁心疏肝”之法为主,并根据患者不同症状随证加减。

Objective To analyze Professor Zeng Qingqi’s medication experience and prescription rules in the treatment of premature ejaculation based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V3.0).Methods All medical records of Professor Zeng Qingqi on the treatment of premature ejaculation from the outpatient department were collected and sorted out.By using the association rules and entropy clustering methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System(V3.0),the drugs and groups in the database were statistically analyzed,and the core clustering formula combinations were mined.Results A total of 100 prescriptions were obtained,including 172 traditional Chinese medicines.In terms of frequency of use,top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were listed as licorice,peony root,atractylodes macrocephala,poria cocos,yam,dried orange peel,raw rehmannia root,dried ginger,angelica root,and chicken cauliflower.The use of the four gases of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly warm drugs,and ive flavors were mainly sweet drugs;21 core drug pairs were indentified,and 3 new prescriptions were found through unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion Professor Zeng Qingqi’s treatment prescription on premature ejaculation is mainly based on the method of“tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen,calming the heart and soothing the liver”,and the prescription is increased or decreased according to different clinical manifestations of patients.
