摘要
单倍体育种技术是现代作物育种技术体系的核心技术之一,通过单倍体诱导与单倍体加倍的结合,可以实现遗传材料的快速纯合,大幅缩短育种周期。单倍体诱导系诱导是产生单倍体的重要方式,因其具有快速高效和易于规模化应用等优势,在作物单倍体育种中被广泛应用。单倍体诱导系的诱导能力属于遗传基础较为复杂的数量性状,挖掘关键调控基因并解析其生物学功能对进一步提升单倍体的诱导效率至关重要。本文综述了单倍体诱导系和单倍体诱导基因的研究进展,并着重介绍了磷脂酶在单倍体诱导中的功能及其分子机制方面的重要进展,以期为作物单倍体育种提供理论参考。
As one of the core technologies of modern crop breeding,haploid breeding technology can obtain pure lines quickly and shorten the breeding cycle greatly by combining haploid induction and doubling.Induction by haploid inducer lines is an important way to produce haploid,which is widely used in crop haploid breeding because of its advantages of rapid,efficient and easy to scale application.Haploid induction ability is a quantitative trait with complex genetic basis,and it is helpful to identify key regulatory genes and analyze their biological functions to improve the induction efficiency of haploid inducer lines.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of haploid inducer lines and haploid induction genes,and focused on the functions and molecular mechanisms of phospholipases in haploid induction,in order to provide theoretical reference for crop haploid breeding.
