Research progress of postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery

为了促进患者手术后的快速康复,镇痛管理是围手术期的关键工作。术后镇痛不当,会导致术后躁动、切口愈合不良、肺部感染等并发症的发生,对患者的恢复不利。因此,根据围手术期关注点,选择合适的镇痛药物及方式是非常重要的。本文以鼻内镜手术患者术后镇痛为例对术后镇痛进行综述。

In order to promote the rapid recovery of patients after surgery,analgesia management is a key work in the perioperative period.Improper postoperative analgesia can lead to postoperative agitation,poor wound healing,pulmonary infection and other complications,which are not conducive to the recovery of patients.Therefore,it is very important to select appropriate analgesic drugs and methods according to perioperative concerns.This article reviews postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.
