急性心肌梗死合并原发免疫性血小板减少症患者反复心肌梗死1例

摘要 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是指冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂及血栓形成,造成管腔完全或不完全性阻塞,引起心肌细胞缺血坏死。血小板有着止血、加速凝血以及保护毛细血管内皮细胞的作用,但血小板过度反应会引起血栓[1]。抗血小板治疗是AMI的基石性治疗。本研究对1例急性前壁心肌梗死合并慢性原发免疫性血小板减少症(imumune thrombocytopenia,ITP)治疗过程中发生再次AMI的病例进行经验分享。
