阐述开放大学机电一体化技术专业教学团队的建设,探讨机电一体化技术教学中的问题和应对的优化措施,包括强化教师培养、丰富教师的知识储备,深化校企合作、满足兼职教师队伍建设需求。
This paper describes the construction of the teaching team for the mechatronics technology major at the Open University,explores the problems and optimization measures in mechatronics technology teaching,including strengthening teacher training,enriching teacher knowledge reserves,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and meeting the needs of part-time teacher team construction.
