摘要
通过将细胞色素C(cytochrome C,Cyt.C)和六-(二茂铁基)-己硫醇(6-(Ferrocenyl)hexanethiol,FcHT)分别修饰在工作通道电极和参比通道电极上,构建一款基于双通道比率技术的过氧化氢生物传感器。通过优化检验条件,液体乳原液和0.1 mol/L的磷酸缓冲盐溶液(Phosphate-Buffered Saline,PBS)(pH=7.0)按照体积比1∶11.5混合后,该过氧化氢比率型生物传感器可以直接对样品进行快速测定,大幅度简化了前处理的步骤,缩短前处理的时间。该传感器灵敏度为0.0037 kg/mg、线性范围为8.5~85.0 mg/kg、检出限为0.8 mg/kg,基本可以满足快速检测要求。
In this study,a hydrogen peroxide biosensor based on dual-channel ratiometric technology was constructed by modifying cytochrome C(Cyt.C)and 6-(Ferrocenyl)hexanethiol(FcHT)on the working channel electrode and the reference channel electrode.By optimizing the test conditions,after the liquid emulsion stock solution and 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffered saline solution(PBS)(pH=7.0)are mixed in a volume ratio of 1∶11.5,the hydrogen peroxide sensor can directly measure the sample,saving a lot of time.The sensor has a sensitivity of 0.0037 kg/mg,a linear range of 8.5-85.0 mg/kg,and a detection limit of 0.8 mg/kg,which can achieve the requirements of detection.
