摘要
含氮分子广泛存在于各种药物分子、生物大分子、药物中间体和功能材料中,而酰胺键的构建是引入氮原子的绝佳途径。目前,合成酰胺键的方法在很大程度上取决于偶联剂的选择和贵金属的残留。在这里,报道了一个一锅反应,在光照条件下,PCN-808-Ru用作多相催化剂,原位生成酰氯官能团,然后与胺反应以有效合成酰胺。该方法具有产率高、催化剂回收率高、产物分离步骤简单等优点。
Nitrogen-containing molecules widely exist in various pharmaceutical molecules,biological macromolecules,pharmaceutical intermediates and functional materials,and the construction of amide bonds is an excellent way to introduce nitrogen atoms.At present,the methods of synthesizing amide bonds depend heavily on the selection of coupling reagents and the residue of precious metals.Here we report a one-pot reaction,under light conditions,PCN-808-Ru is used as a heterogeneous catalyst to generate acyl chloride functional bodies in situ,and then react with amines to efficiently synthesize amides.This method has the advantages of high yield,excellent catalyst recycling and simple product separation steps.
