瑞香狼毒花多糖液体创可贴的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Characteristics Study of Liquid Bandage by Polysaccharid of Stellera Chamaejasme L.Flowers

提取甘南当周草原上漫山遍野盛开的瑞香狼毒花中的多糖,并以瑞香狼毒花多糖(PSC)为成膜核心原料、海藻酸钠(ALG)为成膜辅料,研发一款基于瑞香狼毒花多糖的液体创可贴(PSC/ALG),研究了此款创可贴的成膜性、透气性、防水性、体外抗菌性、止血性和舒适度,结果表明,具有防水抑菌止血性能优良、镇痛效果较好、机械性能较高等性能,为其开发利用提供新途径,同时有望保护本地草原生态环境,使其变废为宝。

A liquid bandage is prepared by sodium alginate and polysaccharid that extracted from the flowers of Stellera chamaejasme L in gannan Dangzhou grasslands.The polysaccharide(PSC)regarded as the core raw material of film-forming and the sodium alginate(ALG)regarded as the assist materials of film-forming.Its film-forming property,permeability,water proofing property,in vitro antimicrobial properties,hemostatic and comfort was studied.Results show that the liquid bandage has the advantages of waterproof,bacteriostatic,hemostatic,analgesic effect and high mechanical properties.Therefore,the liquid bandage provided a new way for development and utilization,and it was expected to protect the ecological environment of local grassland.
