月球车聚酰亚胺表面防尘涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 利用二氧化硅(SiO_(2))和硅酸(Si(OH)_(4))在聚酰亚胺表面构筑具有粗糙结构的防尘涂层。探究了SiO_(2)含量对涂层表面形貌、光学性能和除尘性能的影响。研究表明,SiO_(2)/Si(OH)_(4)涂层具有多孔的粗糙结构。当SiO_(2)含量为1.5%时,涂层的透过率达到最大73.8%,除尘率达到最大92.3%。该涂层经过2000次弯折后表面结构保持致密,热处理后除尘率仅下降0.2%,在-196~160℃温度交变下除尘率大于80%,具有良好的耐弯曲性、热稳定性和耐高低温性。 Anti-dust coatings with rough structures were constructed on polyimide surface by silica(SiO_(2))and silicic acid(Si(OH)_(4)).The effect of SiO_(2)content on the surface morphology,optical property and dust removal property of the coatings was investigated.It was found that SiO_(2)/Si(OH)_(4)coatings had a porous rough structure.When the SiO_(2)content was 1.5%,the transmittance of the coating reached a maximum of 73.8%and the dust removal percentage reached a maximum of 92.3%.The surface structure of the coating remained dense after 2000 bending cycles,the dust removal percentage only decreased by 0.2%after heat treatment,and the dust removal percentage was more than 80%at-196~160℃.The coating has good bending resistance,thermal stability and high-low temperature resistance.
