摘要 近年来,先进多功能聚合物材料得到了人们的广泛关注,其中基于仿生贻贝的聚多巴胺因其独特的物理化学特性、丰富的表面特性以及超强附着性被广泛应用于催化、能源及其生物医学等领域,成为现代材料科学研究的一个热点。但是,目前基于对聚多巴胺的研究还始终停留在将其作为一种表面功能化涂层方面,构建除涂层外的聚多巴胺复合材料是进一步拓展其在上述多个领域的应用前景的关键。在这篇综述中,主要总结了聚多巴胺纳米材料的制备(聚多巴胺纳米片、纳米颗粒),并且探索了这些聚合物复合材料在医学等领域的应用。 In recent years,advanced multifunctional polymer materials have received extensive attention,among which biomimetic mussel-based polydopamine(PDA)has been widely used due to its unique physicochemical properties,rich surface properties,and superior adhesion.The broad fields of catalysis,energy and biomedicine had become a hot spot in modern materials science research.However,at present,based on the research on PDA,it has always been used as a surface functional coating.The construction of PDA materials other than coatings is the key to further expand the application prospects of PDA in the above-mentioned fields.In this review,the preparation of polydopamine nanomaterials(polydopamine nanosheets and nanoparticles)is summarised and the applications of these polymer composites in the medical field are explored.
