摘要
作为20世纪物质表征方法之一,X-射线衍射法广泛应用于物理学、化学、生物学、医学、药学以及材料学等众多基础研究领域。在药学领域,主要使用X-射线单晶衍射仪(SCXRD)和X-射线粉末衍射仪(PXRD)两种。该技术不仅能够表征晶体微观结构,也能对部分样品进行定量分析。本文分析了X-射线衍射法的优缺点,并总结了该技术在药学方面的部分应用,为该技术的推广使用提供了参考和借鉴。
As a material characterization method in twentieth century,X-ray diffration were widely used in physics,chemistry,biology,medicine,pharmacy,material science,and so on.In pharmacy research,X-ray single crystal diffraction technology(SCXRD)and X-ray powder diffraction(PXRD)technology were two main technology.The method can not only characterize microstructure of crystals,but also quantitatively analyze known samples.In this paper,merits and demerits of XRD were analyzed and part of the pharmacy application of this technology were summarized.It provides a reference for the popularization and use of this technology.
