摘要
选取制备乙酸仲丁酯的全流程工艺作为考察对象,将全流程工艺导入到动态模拟平台,基于过程实时数据,在UCINET软件中构建有向网络关联模型,计算系统中心特性值。通过逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对网络节点进行综合评估,获取不同变量的重要性指数,并利用动态模拟软件评估了改进系统的控制性能,结果可作为开发全厂控制方案的指导依据,为新工艺全流程控制提供技术支持。
The process of producing sec-butyl acetate is selected as a case study for the plant-wide control of whole system.Then,the steady state model is imported into the dynamic environment,and complex network topologies are established on the real-time data.A multi-attribute decisionmaking method,which is derived from the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS),can be used to assess the importance of variables.And dynamic simulation software is utilized to evaluate the control performance of the improved system.The results can be used as a guiding basis for the development of the whole plant control scheme,and provide technical support for the whole process control of new products.
