海洋平台管道支架材料的建造加工设计

摘要 在国内承揽的外国海洋平台建造项目中,国外设计方在设计工程材料时,采用的外标材料在国内进行采买时,常因采办难度大、费用高、运输周期长等原因影响项目进度。需考虑在不影响材料使用效果的前提下,在业主可接受的范围内,采用国标材料替代外标材进行项目建造。通过介绍在国内建造的某国外项目中管线支撑结构用到的欧标H型钢以及与之相似的国标H型钢,从化学成分、截面尺寸等方面进行了分析比较。又通过有限元分析软件建立形变模型,对国标材料替代欧标材料的可行性进行了分析。分析结果表明,经过替代后的国标材料在化学成分,力学性能等方面与外标材料相似,国标材料与外标材料具有相似的承载能力。可行的替代方案在节约项目建造费用,缩短完工周期等方面具有重要的意义,同时文中的材料替代分析方法为类似的国外建造项目提供了相关设计经验。 In foreign offshore platform construction projects contracted at home,when foreign designers design engineering materials,they often use foreign standard materials to purchase at home,which often affects the project progress due to difficult procurement,high costs,long transportation cycle and other reasons.It shall be considered that the national standard materials shall be used to replace the external standard materials for project construction within the scope acceptable to the Owner without affecting the use effect of materials.By introducing the European standard H-beam used in the pipeline support structure of a foreign project built in China and the similar national standard H-beam,the chemical composition and section size are analyzed and compared.By using finite element analysis software to establish deformation model,the feasibility of replacing European standard materials with national standard materials is analyzed.The analysis results show that the substituted GB materials are similar to the external standard materials in terms of chemical composition,mechanical properties,etc.,and the GB materials have similar bearing capacity with the external standard materials.The feasible alternative scheme is of great significance in saving the construction cost and shortening the completion period.At the same time,the material alternative analysis method in this paper provides relevant design experience for similar foreign construction projects.
