不同填料对硫自养反硝化深度脱氮效能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用硫自养反硝化工艺提高餐厨垃圾沼液MBR尾水水质。利用自然挂膜的方式启动硫自养反硝化滤池,考察不同成型方式的硫质填料对餐厨垃圾沼液MBR尾水脱氮效果的影响。粉末压制成型的硫质填料相较于熔融滴制成型的硫质填料,其启动速度更快、脱氮和COD降解效能更高、消耗的碱度更少,且强度大于35 N粉末压制成型的硫质填料不会影响实际运行,因而其更适合作为硫自养填料用于餐厨垃圾沼液MBR尾水处理。此外,利用自然挂膜的方式启动硫自养反硝化滤池能富集95%以上的反硝化菌种,装置实际运行中自养反硝化菌Thiobacillus和Sulfurimonas属于优势菌,总氮去除率可达到90%以上。 The sulfur autotrophic denitrification process was used to improve the quality of biogas slurry MBR tail water.The sulfur autotrophic denitrification filter was started by the way of natural film hanging,and the effect of different molding methods of sulfur fillers on the nitrogen removal of the biogas slurry MBR tail water quality was investigated.When the sulfur filler made by powder pressing is stronger than 35 N,it is more suitable to be used as the sulfur autotrophs filler for the treatment of biogas slurry MBR tail water of food waste because of its faster start-up speed,higher nitrogen removal and COD degradation efficiency,less alkalinity consumption compared with the sulfur filler made by melting drop.In addition,starting the sulfur autotrophic denitrification filter with natural membrane hanging could enrich more than 95%denitrifying bacteria.In the actual operation of the device,the autotrophic denitrifying bacteria Thiobacillus and Sulfurimonas were the dominant bacteria,and the total nitrogen removal rate could reach more than 90%.
