摘要
传统技术在实际应用中对化工废水处理效果不佳,废水氨氮去除率较低,且废水处理用时较长,处理效率较低,因此提出化工废水的蒸氨环保处理技术研究。根据实际情况准备化学试剂、仪器设备,对蒸氨环保处理装置功能校验,并对化工废水过滤、沉淀等预处理;导入蒸氨环保处理装置,对废水pH值调节、氨氮吹脱处理,利用沸石对化工废水吸附处理,并经过过滤除掉析出的废弃物,以此完成化工废水的蒸氨环保处理。经实验证明,设计技术氨氮去除率较高,且废水处理用时较短,处理效率较高,在化工废水净化处理方面具有良好的应用前景。
Due to the poor treatment effect of traditional technology on chemical wastewater in practical application,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater is low,and the wastewater treatment takes a long time and the treatment efficiency is low,the research on ammonia evaporation environmental protection treatment technology of chemical wastewater is proposed.Prepare chemical reagents,instruments and equipment according to the actual situation,verify the function of ammonia evaporation environmental protection treatment device,and pretreat chemical wastewater such as filtration and sedimentation.The ammonia evaporating environmental protection treatment device is introduced to adjust the pH value of wastewater,blow off the ammonia nitrogen,adsorb and treat the chemical wastewater with zeolite,and filter out the separated waste,so as to complete the ammonia evaporating environmental protection treatment of chemical wastewater.The experiment shows that the designed technology has high ammonia nitrogen removal rate,short wastewater treatment time and high treatment efficiency,and has good application prospects in chemical wastewater purification.
