RAFT分散聚合制备嵌段聚合物研究

摘要 RAFT聚合一种高效的活性自由基聚合方法,但用RAFT聚合的方法制备聚离子液体嵌段聚合物的文献较少。先以正己烷和咪唑为原料制备正己基咪唑,然后以4-氯甲基苯乙烯、己基咪唑、三氯甲烷和氟硼酸钠为主要原料简单合成1-(己基)-3-(4-乙烯苄基)咪唑氟硼酸盐离子液单体([HVBIm][BF_(4)]),之后再与大分子链转移剂聚(氮氮二甲基丙烯酰胺)(PDMA43)通过乙醇分散聚合制备聚离子液体嵌段聚合物PDMA43-b-P([HVBIm][BF_(4)])_(x)。通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、氟谱对制备的化合物进行结构表征和纯度进行了定性分析,并对大分子链转移剂进行了凝胶渗透色谱测试分析,确定其测试分子量与理论分子量一致,多分散性为1.05,说明RAFT聚合可控性好。 RAFT polymerization is a highly efficient method of reactive radical polymerization,but there is little literature on the preparation of poly(ionic liquid)block polymers by RAFT polymerization.In this paper,n-hexylimidazoles were first prepared by hexane and imidazole,and then ionic liquid monomer 1-(hexyl)-3-(4-ethylenebenzyl)imidazole fluoroborate([HVBIm][BF_(4)])was simply synthesized via 4-(hexyl)methylstyrene,hexylimidazole,trichloromethane and sodium fluoroborate as the main raw materials.The poly(ionic liquid)block polymer PDMA 43-b-P([HVBIm][BF_(4)])_(x)was prepared by ethanol dispersion polymerization by the macromolecular chain transfer agent poly(nitrogen-nitrogen-dimethylacrylamide)(PDMA 43)and[HVBIm][BF 4].The structural characterization and purity of prepared compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13 C NMR and 19 F NMR spectroscopy.The molecular weight of PDMA 43 was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography,and it was determined that the tested molecular weight was consistent with the theoretical molecular weight.The polydispersity was 1.05,indicating good controllability of the RAFT polymerization.
