响应面法优化泡塑吸附硫脲解脱微量金的前处理条件

Optimization of Pretreatment Condition of Trace Gold for Foam Plastic Adsorption-Thiourea Relief by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用响应面法对化探样品中微量金测试前处理工作中影响回收率的吸附酸度、吸附温度、硫脲酸度三个因素进行了优化,建立了三因素与回收率的回归模型,分析了模型的有效性及因素间交互作用对回收率的影响,结果表明吸附温度与吸附酸度的交互作用对回收率影响较大。最佳优化条件为:吸附酸度12.5%,吸附温度25℃,硫脲酸度1.00%,在该条件下回收率为99.21%,与模型预测值99.08%相近,表明该模型可以用于回收率的预测。 Response surface methodology was used to optimize the pretreatment condition of trace gold for foam plastic adsorption-thiourea relief in this paper.Adsorption acidity,adsorption temperature,thiourea acidity were chosen as variable factors to analyze the effect of cross correlations on the recovery percent.The regression model was constructed and the effectiveness of the model was analyzed.The results showed that the cross correlation between adsorption temperature and adsorption acidity noticeably affect the recovery percent.The best recovery percent of 99.21%was attained when parameters were:adsorption acidity12.5%,adsorption temperature 25℃,thiourea acidity 1.00%,which was close to the analog value of 99.08%.
